Today the Thunder Cat played against the Silver Stars. The Silver Stars were a good hitting team and scored 23 runs. The ThunderCats bats could not keep up with that. The Thunder Cats could only muster up 15 runs. So, a disappointing loss for the ThunderCats.
Our offense at the plate was led by Cassie and Darby with 5 hits a piece. Anna, Brynlee, and Ariana each contributed 4 hits. Delaney and Kami each contributed 3 hits and Lilly had 2 hits.
Cassie belted out a homerun and a triple in her 5 hits.
On defense Lilly made a couple good stops at shortstop.
This game the Team "Hustle Award" was given to Anna. She batted great with 4 hits and also played great at pitcher. She had many stops and some outs at home. Way to go Anna!
